What You’ll Do:
- Vehicle Detailing: Perform meticulous interior and exterior detailing on vehicles.
- Buffing & Paint Correction: Utilize rotary and dual-action polishers to correct paint imperfections and enhance vehicle finishes.
- Surface Restoration & Protection: Apply high-end products including waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings to preserve vehicle aesthetics.
- Professional Equipment Operation: Use industry-standard tools such as extractors, steamers, vacuums, and air compressors.
- Quality Control: Conduct final vehicle inspections to ensure every Ford leaves the shop in pristine condition.
- Vehicle Handling: Safely maneuver and stage vehicles for delivery and showroom display.
- Team Contribution: Work alongside service and sales departments to maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for completing oil sprays and other operational duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional automotive detailing experience required
- Expertise in buffing, paint correction, and surface restoration techniques
- Experience working in cutting & polishing is a strong asset
Skills & Traits:
- Impeccable attention to detail and finish quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Driver's License
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
