What You’ll Do:

• Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles’ mechanical and electrical systems following manufacturer standards.
• System Expertise: Service critical vehicle systems, including braking, suspension, driveline, and electrical components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Data Utilization: Use diagnostic software for efficient and accurate repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification: Fully Licensed 310S Auto Technician with recognized automotive certification.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in diagnostics, repair techniques, and dealership operations (preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the Volkswagen brand and motivation to grow as a brand‑certified technician.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
