Experienced Automotive Detailer
J&J Body
Shop is looking for a motivated Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their
work and is interested in building a long-term career in the collision repair
industry.
This is more
than a detailing role — it’s a career pathway into positions such as Prep
Technician, Automotive Painter, or Body Technician. The successful candidate
will have a strong interest in collision repair and a desire to be mentored and
developed within the trade.
We are
committed to delivering a high-quality finished product and are looking for
someone who shares that standard and wants to grow with the team.
What
You’ll Do
·
Clean and detail vehicles after collision
repairs (interior & exterior)
·
Perform cutting and polishing to enhance finish
·
Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer
delivery
·
Perform final inspections to ensure quality
standards are met
·
Move and stage vehicles safely within the shop
·
Maintain a clean and organized work area
·
Support technicians and the production team as
needed
·
What We’re
Looking For
Requirements:
- Valid Canadian driver’s license
- Previous detailing experience
preferred

- Strong attention to detail and pride
in workmanship
- Self-starter who takes initiative

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Interest in collision repair and
desire to grow into a skilled trade
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
- Physically able to stand for long
periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Information
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay Range: $18.00–$23.00 per
hour
- Schedule: 8-hour day shift (Monday to Friday)
