Service Advisor

BMW Sarnia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
This role is ideal for a polished, personable professional who takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. We’re looking for someone who represents the brand with professionalism, builds strong client relationships, and contributes positively to a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver a high-end, professional customer experience from arrival to vehicle delivery
  • Accurately open and manage detailed repair orders
  • Clearly explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs with confidence and transparency
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the service process
  • Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust and retention

What You Bring
  • Minimum 2+ years Service Advisor experience in an OEM dealership
  • Professional, polished communication style and strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Experience with dealership systems (PBS is an asset)
  • Experience with a luxury or premium brand is an asset
