Junior Estimator

Are you passionate about cars, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the collision repair industry? J&J Body Shop is looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to join our team and gain hands-on experience in vehicle damage assessment, customer service, and shop operations.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect vehicles and assist in preparing repair estimates using industry-standard software (training provided).

• Greet customers, answer phones, and provide friendly, professional service.

• Communicate repair plans, timelines, and next steps to customers.

• Support shop operations wherever needed, including parts, detailing, and assisting technicians.

• Coordinate with insurance companies to review coverage and approvals.

• Maintain organized records of estimates, appraisals, and repairs.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Team player willing to help across different areas of the shop.

• Basic knowledge of vehicles, collision repair, or parts is an asset.

What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $18-22/hour
