We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help lead the next chapter of growth at Sarnia Ford Lincoln.
What to expect day to day
- Follow up on leads and monitor CRM activity to ensure strong conversion
- Be actively involved in deals — if a customer is leaving without a deal, you’re getting introduced
- Appraise trades and support deal structure
- Manage used vehicle pricing and aged inventory
- Lead and contribute to daily sales meetings with relevant, practical content
- Handle customer escalations in partnership with the Service team
- Conduct monthly performance check-ins with your sales team
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five sales professionals toward monthly volume and performance targets
- Own trade appraisal execution, lead follow-up performance, and CRM accountability
- Make pricing decisions on used inventory in line with market conditions
- Report on sales activity and team performance to the General Manager
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing a sales team in a franchised dealership environment
- OEM dealership experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience is an asset, but not required)
- A coaching-first leader who develops people and supports the floor when needed
- Strong presence, accountability, and self-awareness
- Comfortable operating in a structured, performance-driven environment
What we offer
- Competitive base salary plus commission — expected earnings of $85,000–$135,000
