clients find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer
Experience: Deliver a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable
experience that reflects Ford’s reputation for quality and dependability.
- Needs-Based
Consultation: Take time to understand each customer’s needs to
recommend the best Ford vehicle and features.
- Sales
Journey Support: Manage the full sales process—from first contact
through vehicle delivery—ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for the
customer.
- Product
Knowledge: Stay up to date on Ford’s vehicle lineup, technology, and
special programs to confidently guide customer decisions.
- Relationship
Building: Build long-term relationships through great service and
consistent follow-up.
- Teamwork:
Collaborate with your teammates and other departments to ensure customer
satisfaction and dealership success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven
experience in sales and customer service—automotive experience can be an
asset.
- Excellent
communication skills with the ability to build strong client
relationships.
- Drive,
ambition, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High
level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
- A
team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow and learn.
- OMVIC
license or willingness to obtain.
- Valid
Ontario G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Availability
to work a flexible full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday (with a day
off during the week).
