We're looking for a dependable and motivated Lot
Attendant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity
for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in staying organized,
and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. No previous
dealership experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to
succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Lot Attendant, you'll play an important role in
supporting the Sales Department by ensuring our inventory is organized,
presentation-ready, and easily accessible for customers and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain
a clean, organized, and professional vehicle display.
- Park,
stage, and move new and pre-owned vehicles safely throughout the
dealership.
- Prepare
vehicles for customer deliveries and test drives.
- Assist
with receiving new vehicle inventory, including vehicle check-in, stock
tagging, and basic condition inspections.
- Fuel
and stage vehicles as required.
- Photograph
vehicles and assist with maintaining accurate online inventory listings.
- Install
dealer plates, stock numbers, and window labels.
- Locate
and retrieve vehicles quickly for customers and Sales Consultants.
- Shuttle
dealership vehicles between locations as required.
- Assist
with seasonal lot operations, including clearing snow and ice from
vehicles, moving inventory to facilitate snow removal, and maintaining a
safe vehicle display.
- Support
the Sales Department with day-to-day operational needs to help deliver an
outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable,
punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive
attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable
working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically
capable of standing, walking, and performing light manual labour
throughout the day.
- Valid
Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability
to drive a manual transmission is considered an asset but is not required.
- Previous
automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $18.00–$20.00
per hour, based on experience.
- Full-time,
Monday to Friday schedule.
