Overnight Lot Attendant
Progressive Auto Group is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Lot Attendant to help maintain our dealership properties and vehicle inventory overnight in Sarnia, Ontario.
We have two opportunities available: one full-time position (approximately 34 hours per week) and one part-time position (approximately 25.5 hours per week).
The Overnight Lot Attendant is responsible for monitoring dealership cameras, conducting routine lot and door checks, and reporting unusual activity or property concerns. This role requires someone who is dependable, observant, comfortable working independently, and able to remain attentive throughout the overnight shift.

What You'll Do
- Monitor dealership surveillance cameras using an iPad and desktop computer
- Conduct routine checks of dealership lots, buildings, and exterior doors
- Use a company vehicle and spotlight to inspect designated areas of the property
- Observe dealership vehicle inventory and report unusual activity, damage, or other concerns
- Check designated doors and access points and report any issues
- Maintain accurate records of routine checks, observations, and incidents
- Communicate property concerns, maintenance needs, and equipment issues to the appropriate manager
- Follow established company procedures and health and safety policies
- Use company vehicles and equipment responsibly
- Maintain a professional and attentive presence throughout the overnight shift
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Comfortable working overnight and remaining alert throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and comfort using an iPad and desktop computer
- Valid driver's licence with a driving record acceptable to our insurance provider
- Ability to walk around dealership properties and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- Responsible approach to company property, vehicles, and equipment
Previous experience in a lot attendant, property maintenance, overnight operations, or similar role is an asset.

Compensation
Compensation will be $18-19/hour to start.
