Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead our busy collision centre. You’ll oversee daily operations, support a skilled team, and ensure repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and workflow of the collision centre

• Lead, coach, and support technicians, estimators, and staff

• Ensure quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance

• Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers

• Monitor shop performance and drive improvements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a collision/body shop

• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes

• Leadership and team-building skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Valid Ontario driver’s license
