Position Overview
The Fleet Sales Consultant will manage and grow fleet and leasing sales
across our auto group. This is a B2B role responsible for building
relationships with businesses, government agencies, and commercial clients,
while providing tailored automotive solutions and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a
portfolio of fleet and leasing clients.
- Prospect and secure new
business opportunities.
- Build strong
relationships with fleet managers, dealers, and decision-makers.
- Present customized
solutions, including vehicle selection, pricing, leasing, and financing
options.
- Stay current on
manufacturer programs, incentives, and industry trends.
- Provide after-sales
support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at
networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
in fleet sales, automotive retail, leasing, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of
meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of
fleet management, leasing, and financing programs.
- Excellent negotiation,
communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency with CRM
software and Microsoft Office.
- OMVIC license (or
willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license
and clean driving record.
- Post-secondary education
in Business, Marketing, or related field (asset).
- Existing industry
network and client base strongly preferred.
